The Swim Instructor course qualifies you to teach and evaluate all levels of the Lifesaving Society’s Swim for Life program. You’ll learn lesson planning, skill demonstration, stroke analysis, and how to motivate and support swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Duration: Approximately 20 hours
Prerequisites: Minimum 15 years of age and Bronze Cross certification
Certification Validity: 2 years (subject to employer policy)
